Service & Community Manager

 

Pixoto is looking for a smart, motivated self-starter with exceptional problem solving skills and a take charge attitude to manage service and community for our online Art Shop and Photo Contests.  Pixoto is a revolutionary web based photo community and marketplace, with over half a million members, headquartered in Boulder, Colorado.    Candidates will work remotely and be part of our small virtual team.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience with customer service or community management
  • Love of photography
  • Graduated from a four year college or university  (or equivalent)
  • Available at least 15 hours per week
  • Ability to work business hours MST
  • Superior problem solving ability
  • Great people skills
  • High-speed internet connection capable of video conferencing
  • Native English speaker
  • Flexible hours
